Today I’d like to compare two types of tankless water heaters, Electric Tankless Water Heaters & Gas Tankless Water Heater.  

The two both have their own advantages and disadvantages.

The price of electric tankless water heaters is generally lower than gas tankless water heaters.

The installation of electric tankless water heater is far easier than gas tankless water heaters. A professional worker is needed to install gas tankless water heater for the installation is quite complicated.

However, gas tankless water heater is more economical than electric tankless water heater in a long term. That’s because the gas price is much lower than the electricity. The more hot water you need, the more money you save if you use gas tankless water heater. Of course, if you don’t have much demand on the hot water, electric tankless water heater may be better.
