What you need to know first is which size of portable A/C you need.
If the size is not enough, it won’t cool your room well.
If the size is far big, it will cause the energy waste.
Therefore, to choose the best size is so important without doubt.
Then how do I know to choose the best size?
Don’t hurry.

What’s the EER?
EER stands for Energy Efficiency Ratio, one standard.
What we should to know is to choose the unit with the EER above 10. 10 is the minimum. The higher, the better, the more energy-efficient, the more you could save on your electrical bill.
Last but not unimportant, choose a unit with multiple functions if you can afford. At least, it should cool, heat and remove the moisture for you.
